Independence is the key to success! What does that mean for you? In my projects, there is never a contract relationship to suppliers, but rather only to you, my customer. Hence, you the customer are free to choose the supplier from whom you wish to order your products and at which conditions. I do not receive commission from suppliers and would never accept it! If you need to make a decision about suppliers or other market partners, then you benefit from my ability to advise you, independent of third parties. Non-IT services must frequently be provided in projects or machines and equipment has to be acquired. As a consultant, I help you to find suitable technology suppliers or, as the case may be, to issue a request for proposals, to maintain an overview of the market and to work out a framework for decision-making. My consulting services are billed according to time and effort, thus, I do not profit from it, if you make extensive investments.
Objectivity, neutrality and practicality are the essence of successful consulting and set me apart as an IT & Business Consultant. Only he who can weigh up the chances and risks of a project or an investment, objectively and without bias, will make the right decisions. It is not my objective to emphasise only the positive features of a technology, a strategy or a product. I am not selling you products or services. My goal is to manage your product successfully, as you want it. After all, your success is also my success in that you recommend me further and entrust me again with new challenges.
Confidentiality and secrecy regarding internal processes are a matter of course! No knowledge or information gained during the consulting process will be passed on to third parties! |
