After analysing and recording your situation (the so-called As-Is Analysis), the improvement potential in your company’s workflows will be examined in detail. Based on these results, we can specify the goal to be achieved, the Target State!

According to your wishes, a concept can be made that contains not only recommendations for the IT area, such as recommendations for the use of software tools or new technologies, but also recommendations for changes in your organisation, your workflows and processes. If desired, I will also prepare a presentation of this concept. You can then view this in your meeting, discuss, and plan the further procedure.

The DP concept can also be transposed to a system specification (according to DIN 69001).  Being an independent IT & Business consultant, the commercial point of view is especially important to me. One must not do everything that one is able to do. Thus the concept phase can result in identifying a realisation as not being commercially worthwhile.
