Before a new software or IT solution is implemented in your company, the processes that are to be supported or automated by the solution should be optimised.

In existing IT landscapes as well, media breaks can be eliminated and manual effort reduced. In order to optimise your business processes, they must first be analysed and the insights gained must be evaluated.

To do this, I work together with all company divisions that are involved in the overall solution. The results of the analysis form a solid basis for decision-making. My specifications are process changes in information technology, warehouse, finance, accounting and production areas.
